Migdalia Rodríguez

Migdalia Rodríguez is the CEO and founder of Diversa Industrial Services. She holds an Industrial Engineering Degree and a Master’s in Business Administration.  Her years of experience working in the medical and pharmaceutical industries in the United States, Europe and the Caribbean, prompted her to create Diversa Industrial Services.

She is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for quality, innovation, optimization and customer service.  With over 18 years as Independent Consultant, her experience spans from Project Management, Process Improvements, Quality & Regulatory Support, Validation and Qualification, Computer Validation and construction and certification of Clean Rooms.

Continuously identified by clients as an enthusiastic team player and change agent, Ms. Rodriguez is passionate in exceeding her client's needs to ensure sustainability beyond any project's timeline. She ensures to create value beyond the contract, whether it is identifying innovative solutions or developing the skill set of the client's employees. She ensures that Diversa clients achieve: outstanding results, solutions, bright ideas, on-time project completion, all these resulting in an engaging long-term relationship of great service.

Neysha acerlay

Neysha Arcelay’s 20 years of experience extends through all the aspects of the supply chain landscape from procurement, through production planning, operations, and logistics, as well as the development of controls in compliance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and the Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX) requirements. Being Six Sigma certified, all the above variety of experiences have the common denominator of process improvements. In her current role, Mrs. Arcelay serves as an advisor to small and medium sized companies in the areas of Process Controls, Quality Systems and Supplier Management.

Her diverse background in Medical Devices, Manufacturing and Financial Services, as well as her accomplishments and accolades, has led to various invitations as guest contributor and speaker for the Supply Chain Digest, The Accounts Payable Network and the Association of Latino Professionals for America. She currently supports Diversa as a Supplier Management and Contracts Verification consultant.
